Working for Sulzer since many years, his task was designing, establishing and managing complex, large outsourcing models with multi-level, globally distributed delivery structures and governance hierarchies. He is expert in the design and operation of enterprise level delivery models with a current focus on transition to agile delivery and DevOps/SRE.
