With a sound technical education at Graz University of Technology and more than 15 years of practical work experience in software development, Michael Mitter was instrumental in setting up a QA department as a certified SDQA manager. He also worked as a technical project manager and requirements engineer in an international environment. As a certified Scrum Master and Product Owner, he has been familiar with introducing and using agile methods for more than 10 years. In all activities, the focus on software quality and the constant drive for improvement, both from a technical and process perspective, has never been lost.
