Markus Hammori is the Manager for Instrument Cluster Software at Mercedes-Benz Cars. Together with his team he recently launched the fully configurable instrument clusters in Mercedes-Benz new MBUX infotainment system.

With Mercedes-Benz new entry Infotainment-System the team also designed and delivered a fully virtualized instrument cluster as an industry first. Along the way they had to update collaboration models with the Tier1, testing concepts, software delivery processes and pretty much everything else to deal with the increased complexity and faster changing requirements when compared to previous systems.

Markus is an accomplished software engineer, systems architect and project manager with 12 years of experience regarding embedded systems thereof over 6 years in the infotainment domain.

He is passionate about bringing the best out of  IT and automotive development processes together and if possible have fun while doing it.
