Janina is the team leader of software purchasing at Audi and is – together with her team - responsible for sourcing and the nomination of all software “components” within the car. She has 7 years of experience in purchasing at Audi. Prior to her current position Janina was a team leader for wiring harnesses, high voltage wiring and innovation management within the commodity of electric / electronics purchasing. At the beginning of her career she was a buyer for infotainment parts and later a buyer for ECUs (Electronic Control Units). Besides her work at Audi she is an external PhD candidate at the University of Twente. Her research focuses on the field of innovation and risk management in relation with supplier network and purchasing. She received her diploma degree in ‘Management & Technology’ from the Technical University Munich in 2011.
