Ahmed Yousif, is a master graduate of Embedded Systems from the University of Stuttgart, Germany. He got his bachelor of science degree in Mechatronics Engineering from the German Jordanian University in Amman, Jordan which provided him with the knowledge of the integration of electrical and mechanical systems with aid of control algorithms to build a fully functional system. During his bachelor studies, he engaged in many challenging technical and extracurricular projects such as Lab on Wheels and City Light Hack. He became an Executive Committee member, The Treasurer and the Chairman of High Tech section of the IEEE Club at the university. During his exchange year in Germany, he had the opportunity to work in Texas Instruments GmbH in Freising, Germany as an intern, where he discovered his passion for electronics and embedded systems. He accomplished his graduation project with two friends and colleagues Mustafa Jaber and Sameer Hatamleh where they built a mini Delta Robot from scratch.
During his master studies, he worked as a research assistant in a hardware and software development project. After that, he worked as an embedded software developer at CARMEQ GmbH ( a VW sister company) in developing test automated tools for driver assistance systems. He has accomplished his master thesis at Valeo in Bietigheim Bissingen in the field of Advanced Driving Assistance Systems Software Validation and Verification Development.
