Mohit Joshi is an experienced leader in the automotive domain, with 14 years of industry expertise in UX, cockpit systems, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems). He currently serves as a Technical Project Manager at Goodyear, where he leads initiatives focused on bringing tire intelligence solutions to production. His responsibilities include software architecture, automotive process improvements, and overall project leadership. Previously, Mohit worked at Aptiv as a Systems/Software Engineer and later as a Technical Project Manager. He holds an MBA from Indiana University (USA) and a Master of Science degree from St. Stephen's College, Delhi (India). Based in Akron, Ohio, Mohit is a recognized technical leader who actively mentors’ teams and contributes to solving real-world challenges that are shaping the future of the automotive industry.
